These terms cover The One-Person OS, the Skill Vault, the Launch Engine and the members area (together, "the materials"). By buying or logging in, you're agreeing to them.
Prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Digital training and digital files: videos, written lessons, templates and skill files, delivered instantly through the members area. Nothing physical ships. You also get the AI coach inside the dashboard, for your own use on the course material.
Because this is digital content, you get access the moment you buy. At checkout you tick a box agreeing to immediate delivery and acknowledging that once you access or download the materials, your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations ends. That's the standard rule for digital goods, and we apply it as written.
After that point, refunds work through the guarantee below, and only through it.
Follow the 7-day install. If by day 30 your OS isn't drafting content in your voice, hasn't put a page live and isn't managing your client files, email us with your workspace evidence: your filled-in brain files and your day checkpoints. If you did the install and it genuinely didn't run, you get every penny back.
What the guarantee is not: a free-trial mechanism. Downloading the packs and asking for your money back without doing the work is not a refund, it's a copy, and the download log makes the difference easy to see. Guarantee claims without workspace evidence are declined.
You get a personal, non-transferable licence for one person and one business: yours. All materials remain the intellectual property of Chris Brown.

Break clause 4 and your access is terminated with no refund, and we reserve the right to pursue it further. Every download is logged against your account, and every pack carries the licence.
The coach answers questions about the course for members. Fair use applies: it's a coach, not a free API. Abusive or extraction-scale usage gets throttled or removed.
This is education and tooling, not a promise of income. Your results depend on your offer, your market and your effort. Nothing here is legal, financial or professional advice. You're responsible for what your business publishes, including what your OS drafts and you approve.
